Keywords:
History, student journals, San Marcos University, Alberto FujimoriAbstract
This article aims to understand how the military intervention and the beginning of the functions of the reorganizing commission changed the political situation prevailing in San Marcos University; this produced immediate political and academic effects in many students such as those of History, who during this context were able to publicize the results of their first investigations in student magazines. These publications are the product of an era in which fear, authoritarianism and apoliticism were combined, therefore, these magazines were mainly dedicated to an intellectual activity and left aside political contents.
