In the current context of COVID-19, methods of interaction have been redefined towards an increasingly widespread use of technology for communication and work organization in the absence of physical presence. This article explores the ways in which technology can contribute to research and preservation, as well as its respective development of archaeological monuments. The potentialities of virtual reconstruction are presented using the photogrammetry of a section of the Monumental Archaeological Zone Puruchuco-Huaquerones, located in the district of Ate, in the eastern zone of the capital Lima, as an example. This technology allowed us to generate a hypothetical model that is not rigid, but rather, totally perfectible over time. This multidisciplinary work allows us to propose a methodology for obtaining optimal results at low cost. Finally, the digital products that we developed encourage the reconsideration of new ways of managing cultural heritage and ways of reaching an audience that is increasingly involved with technological media.
