Una aproximación al estudio de las ofrendas de cerámica en Wari Kayan

Abstract

This article presents a general review of the studies on Paracas pottery, with an emphasis on offerings associated with funerary bundles—especially firstcategory bundles—from Wari Kayan cemetery. This study encompasses the verification of inventory books and contrasts such information with the actual objects housed at the National Museum of Archaeology, Anthropology, and History of Peru. The resulting analysis allows us to interpret that the discussed specimens correspond to the Topara stylistic tradition.
